So far I'm loving this class. I'm addicted. I want to learn so much more and we've only had one class!

not your typical yogini: Mitzi Bramble fuses yoga, expressive arts, humor, writing, fun, storytelling, and social media in her therapeutic work. She is a dreamer, an activist, a mind-body-soul searcher, and a mother of two amazing musically talented kids. Mitzi is also a licensed school social worker and mental health counselor in the state of Massachusetts. She has a Masters Degree in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University and is a certified yoga teacher RYT-200. She is currently studying Holistic Health Coaching at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and actively pursuing her 500 hour yoga studies with Iyengar trained Cathy Mann in Millis, Massachusetts.
